Colour is something that we just love here at The Posy Crew and when we chatted with Hannah about her plans for your special day, hearing that she wanted Bright, bold, fun colours just filled me with JOY.

The bouquets were designed in our Signature Garden style, filled with the most amazing tones of peach, pinks, reds and purples. The bridal party wore white so it was all about the bold, colourful bouquets.
The venue was the iconic Sugar Wharf, surrounded by water, so the plan to use colour was a perfect contrast to the light blues of the ocean and sky. For the Ceremony backdrop, we created a contemporary colour blocked installation. This would also be used again during the Reception as the backdrop for the Champagne tower.
Inside the Sugar Wharf the contemporary, colourful theme was continued. However this time we kept it simple and placed our slender white bud vases along the length of the guest tables.
If you are planning your wedding, consider using some colourful pops, whether to contrast the blue ocean, or the green tropical landscape. Chat to us about what tones would work. If you aren’t completely sold on the idea, consider adding in some “highlights” or little pops a shape or two brighter that the main tones, this is a great way to bring in colour with out being too bold.
