The Posy Crew is led by Debra Pemble, an award-winning floral designer and International Master Florist with more than 20 years’ experience in floristry, weddings and events.
Debra’s work has been recognised with a Gold Medal at the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show in 2024 and a Silver Gilt Medal in 2026.
Alongside her wedding and event work, Debra also teaches floristry and works within the Australian floral industry as an educator and publisher.
