 Our style

Our flowers have a natural, garden-inspired feel with movement, texture and plenty of seasonal character.

We work with mixed flowers and foliages to create designs that feel generous and considered, without looking stiff or overly structured. Rather than copying an arrangement exactly, we take inspiration from the colours, mood and details you are drawn to, then create something suited to your venue, season and celebration.

Seasonal availability plays an important part in our work. Particular varieties cannot always be guaranteed, but the overall colour palette and feeling of your designs will guide our flower selection.

Our work may not be the right fit if you need exact flower varieties guaranteed, would like us to copy another florist’s design precisely or plan to engage several suppliers to provide florals for the same event.

Floral investment

Our minimum floral order is $3,000, excluding delivery, set-up and pack-down fees.

This minimum applies to the floral design component of your booking. Delivery, installation, collection, venue access requirements and pack-down are quoted separately as every venue and event is different.

A $3,000 floral investment may include personal flowers and selected ceremony arrangements. Weddings requiring ceremony installations, reception table flowers and larger feature designs will usually require a higher overall budget.

Floral exclusivity

To keep the floral design cohesive and protect the quality of our work, The Posy Crew provides all floral elements within the areas we are engaged to style.

Your venue or stylist may provide candles, linens, furniture and other non-floral décor. If another supplier is involved, please let us know during the enquiry stage so we can confirm how the different elements will work together.

How the process works

1. Tell us about your wedding

Complete our enquiry form with your date, venue, approximate floral budget and the areas you would like decorated.

2. Share your inspiration

Send a small selection of images that show the colours, textures and overall feeling you are drawn to.

3. We check the fit

We will review your plans, budget and inspiration before confirming availability. As we take on a limited number of weddings, we only proceed where we feel our style and service are well suited to the celebration.

4. Your floral proposal

If we are a good fit, we will prepare a tailored floral proposal outlining the recommended designs and estimated investment.
